Wales Bonner is seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations across wholesale, e-commerce, inventory management, customer service and logistics. This hands-on role acts as a central link between internal teams, external partners, and our 3PL warehouse, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency and consistent delivery standards across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale & E-commerce Operations
Manage end-to-end B2B logistics, including stock allocation, preparing pick tickets, raising invoices, shipping documentation and coordinating deliveries and returns.
Maintain proactive communication with wholesale partners regarding delivery updates, compliance requirements, and aftercare.
Oversee daily e-commerce fulfilment, returns, exchanges and refund processing through the 3PL.
Provide responsive customer service, handling enquiries professionally and producing monthly performance reports.
Handle product claims and defect reports, liaising with production to resolve issues efficiently.
Prepare seasonal delivery schedules and KPI reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all customer and compliance related product data is accurately maintained in Zedonk
Maintain packaging stock levels and coordinate replenishments with the warehouse.
Stock Management & Warehouse Coordination
Manage inventory across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring accuracy in the WMS and Zedonk.
Produce monthly stock reports, flag risks/opportunities and coordinate stock transfers between channels to maximise commercial performance.
Act as the daily point of contact for the 3PL warehouse, maintaining smooth communication and proactive issue resolution.
Track warehouse performance, budgets and invoices, monitoring KPIs and addressing operational gaps.
Oversee storage units, budgets and stock organisation.
Organise annual warehouse stocktakes and support sample sale stock preparation and logistics.
Business Operations
Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers to secure competitive rates and streamline processes.
Coordinate shipping/logistics needs for non-sales activities such as fashion shows, showrooms and archive sale movements, including management of ATA Carnets.
Support internal systems, integrations and IT-related operational tasks where needed.
Contribute to ongoing operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing new solutions or workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
Relevant experience in operations or logistics within fashion or similar industries.
Experience with WMS platforms; Zedonk proficiency is a plus.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; able to produce clear reports.
Confident communicator with strong organisation and prioritisation abilities.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
Familiarity with Shopify is beneficial.
