(c)  Professional portfolio (Biography, Work Experience, Examples of Work).

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for

one of the following reasons:

(a) Completing the Wales Bonner and David Alaba Internship Programme with Mentoring Matters Form.

We use the information that you have given us to:

(a) Consider applicants for the Internship Programme.

(b) For Wales Bonner to select who they would like to work with.

(c) To communicate with the Wales Bonner and David Alaba team throughout the process.

(d) To make sure applicants are eligible for the scheme.

(e) To keep an accurate record of who is participating in the scheme.

Data is stored on a secure cloud-based drive. Only selected internal staff have access to this data, except during the selection process when selected data and application documents are made temporarily visible to selectors.
