Autumn Winter 2026 Collection

Morning Raga

The Wales Bonner Autumn Winter 2026 collection draws from the elemental simplicity and pursuit of harmony in modernist architectural traditions. From early design ideals of purity to the bold vision of figures like Indian architect Balkrishna Doshi, the collection presents a wardrobe between the practical and the sensual.

Archetypal uniform silhouettes are romanticized through evocative contrasts of fabric and feel. Heritage polo silhouettes are reanimated with a ceremonial satin sash, while a colour block of ivory and atlantic blue enlivens shirting in silk. Geometric abstraction is repeated in a minimalist grid pattern on a structured topcoat and chore jacket, woven from Italian wool with leather detailing. In the womenswear offering, a studded top and skirt set is joined by a signature wrap tuxedo with a sculptural hem line and satin lapel.

Coltrane’s Meditations fill the room. An environment of harmony and exchange is imagined through Jazz hybrids of Indian tradition. Bold expression is issued in a seasonal take on the Madras check, while Bengal-stripe shirting is subverted in a crinkled cotton fabric. Architectural brooches of Panga Panga wood and semi-precious stones adorn the collection, made in Botswana by Beullah Serema and Peter Mabeo.

“The total environment then emanates peace and tranquility. Even the air becomes calm yet vital. It then becomes a small universe, a microcosm which we can call paradise”

This season’s adidas Originals by Wales Bonner collection features new iterations of the Karintha trainer in crocodile as well as a new profile in the BW Army, alongside classic leather outerwear and tracksuits, extending the collection’s dialogue between sport, tailoring, and ease.

Ease and comfort are issued in tonal cotton and merino knits made in collaboration with heritage English makers John Smedley, while an indigo linen tuxedo from Savile Row tailors Anderson and Sheppard lightens the formal wardrobe.

Calm rhythm is continued in the Studio Moccasin, the new mainline footwear silhouette issued in a distinctive zebra-print pony hair. Overall, the collection celebrates modernist design not as a singular universal movement, but an imaginative optimism rendered uniquely across cultures.

A new spirit in the ascending scale,
the morning raga.
